Jim Repetti is a nationally recognized tax expert. He has been a consultant to the Internal Revenue Service, Justice Department, and the U.S. Senate and is the co-author of three textbooks,Introduction to United States International Taxation (7th Edition, 2022);Partnership Income Taxation(7th Edition 2023); and Federal Wealth Transfer Taxation: Cases and Materials (2015).Repetti is also a contributing author to the treatises,Comparative Income Taxation: A Structural AnalysisandThe International Guide to Partnerships.

Professor Repetti has published articles in several law reviews, including the Ϲ College Law Review, NYU Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, Wisconsin Law Review, and Florida Tax Review. He has also appeared as a commentator in publications such as Bloomberg, theWashington Post,Marketplace,Ϲ Globe, Christian Science Monitor, Forbes Magazine, Wall Street JournalandMassachusetts Lawyers Weekly.He is a fellow of the American College of Tax Lawyers and holds a peer review “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available to lawyers.
