I am a master's student currently working with Jeremy Shakun on reconstructing Laurentide Ice Sheet Meltwater processes in the Gulf of Mexico. My research interests include paleoclimatology, as well as sustainability practices and renewable energy techniques to mitigate current climate change. I am therefore most interested in paleoclimate projects that can help me better understand Earth's current global climate system, and how Earth may respond to future climate change.
Why did you choose ºÚÁϹÙÍø College for your postgraduate work?
I chose ºÚÁϹÙÍø College for my postgraduate work because the research opportunities here aligned with my own interests. The smaller department size made me feel welcomed to be a part of this program and ºÚÁϹÙÍø is also a great place to live!
