Lai Wei is an assistant professor in the Business Analytics Department at the Carroll School of Management at Ϲ College. She is interested in research topics motivated by emerging retail practice and customer behaviors. Her recent work studies omnichannel and e-commerce logistics, inventory management, product strategy and pricing analytics, and social-class related consumer behaviors. Her research has been published in top management journals, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management and Operations Research.
Professor Wei received her Ph.D. in Technology & Operations at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.
